At Cooper, we're building an AI coworker for insurance, one that can understand context, take action across complex workflows, and improve through experience. Building it has taken us into some of the most interesting questions across AI, product, and insurance.
Transmissions is how we share what we're building and what we're learning along the way. We'll write about the systems and products we're building, the technical problems we're solving, the experiments we're running, and the ideas shaping how we think about AI agents in real insurance workflows. We'll also share what we're learning from customers and deployments: how teams are putting Cooper to work, where AI is creating real leverage, and how the work of insurance is starting to change.
Sometimes that will mean a deep dive into agent harnesses, memory, evaluations, or long-horizon tasks. Other times it might be a product decision, a benchmark, a customer story, or something we're seeing in the market. We'll publish whenever we have something worth sharing.
